How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. How do you make them perfect? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. The lid should be carefully opened. Sprinkle salt in the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Use a spatula to flip the omelet or turn the pan upside-down. Cook the other half for another minute. Take the omelet out of the pan and immediately serve.

This recipe is best when used with whole milk. But, you can use skimmed milk as well.
